For the past 16 years Dave has worked in schools in Australia, England, Singapore, Korea and Switzerland. He is a workshop leader, site visitor and consultant for the IB, a Compassionate Systems Master Practitioner and serves on the advisory board of HundrED organization in the area of Social Emotional Learning. Dave is, first and foremost, a practitioner and is passionate about helping every learner find and nurture what is most important to them. He has held positions as a classroom teacher, Physical Education specialist teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, Assistant Principal and Principal. He is passionate about Australian Football, enjoys tinkering on the piano and, despite growing up in Australia, has an irrational fear of spiders. Dave speaks mother-tongue Australian and reasonable English.
