BEd (Hons) Visual Art Major
Paul was born in Australia and grew up surrounded by tropical rainforests and the Great Barrier Reef, where he enjoyed eating vegemite sandwiches and swimming in lakes, rivers and the Pacific Ocean. Paul has over twenty years of full-time teaching experience, gained in Australia, Belgium and Japan. He has experience teaching K1-10 and as well as teaching Visual Art, Paul has worked in many roles, including homeroom teacher, PYP Coordinator and as an IB Workshop Leader.
Paul is passionate about creativity in all forms and loves to create 2D and 3D artwork using traditional and digital media. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, as well as composing electronic music. Paul likes to stay fit by cycling, jogging, practicing yoga and through bodyweight exercises. Paul speaks English and is continually learning to read, write and speak Japanese.
