Rachel has 25 years of experience in education, she is an early years qualified teacher and has a degree in counseling and a Masters of Health and Human services. She joined TIS in 2023 after working in Australia as a Wellbeing coordinator for many years and has also worked in China. She is passionate about social and emotional learning and wellness and has facilitated the delivery of a wide range of SEL programs across K-12 as well as delivering staff training and parent information sessions both locally and at conferences.
In her free time Rachel enjoys being outdoors, hiking and camping, kayaking and swimming. Rachel also enjoys painting, reading and yoga. Rachel is fluent in English and is learning Japanese.
