BA English, BEd, MEd School Counseling, and Qualified Teacher Status
Ariel is originally from the United States. After a study abroad in Japan and five years in Canada, she moved back to the US and taught English Literature, English as an Additional Language, and Dyslexia Reading. She managed a high school special education program while finishing her M. Education, and then worked as a middle school counselor prior to coming to Japan.
Ariel’s passion is travel, and she especially loves visiting countries she hasn’t been to before. When she is at home, she likes writing short stories, trying new cuisines, and going to karaoke!
Ariel speaks English and Japanese.
