Erick is a Kenyan educator with more than 15 years of experience in teaching mathematics and science within the Kenyan National Curriculum, IGCSE, A-Level, and the International Baccalaureate (MYP and DP) prior to joining TIS in 2025. He has served in several leadership capacities, including Head of Mathematics, Head of Science, Head of A-Level, and Head of Training and Teacher Coaching. In these roles, he has built expertise in curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and instructional leadership. His teaching portfolio spans IGCSE Chemistry and Mathematics, A-Level Pure Mathematics, Decision Mathematics, and Statistics. Committed to nurturing critical thinking and integrating technology, Erick also supports co-curricular programs in sports, debate, and environmental initiatives. Outside work, he enjoys cycling, experiments, and sports.
