Ayumi has twelve years of teaching experience K1 to G8 in Australia and Japan. She has worked as a classroom teacher and Japanese language teacher at her previous schools. She taught at TIS from 2018-2022, and is excited to be back!
She is a big animal lover. She loves taking care of her dog, enjoys horse riding, and volunteering at animal shelters. She has a certificate in senior dog nursing and dog chiropractic care. Ayumi speaks English and Japanese.
